4.5 Refunds. Deposits are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced. Disputes relating to transaction errors must be reported to fly33 support within 48 hours of the transaction date.

Each promotion is subject to specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. 10.2 fly33's total liability to any user in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 fly33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your device and browser meet the technical requirements for secure access.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fly33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11.1 By You. You may close your fly33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following completion of identity verification.
11.2 By fly33. fly33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, where there is reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity concerns, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. 12.3 Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration rather than litigation in the courts, except where prohibited by applicable law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
